Meet our providers

Dr. Jonathan Figg, MD, is a physician specializing in internal medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and preventative care for all adults. Dr. Figg completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Texas, and earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at Ross University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency in internal medicine at Easton Hospital, Pennsylvania. Dr. Figg takes his time with each patient to help them understand a holistic approach to wellness, with the goal of feeling their best. Outside of work, Dr. Figg enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

 

 

Christina Braunworth, MSN, FNP-C, is a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner at True Health Medical San Diego. With a strong background in regenerative medicine and non-surgical pain management, Christina is committed to helping patients achieve
long-term relief and improved mobility through innovative, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of science in Nursing, University of Central Florida [2015]. She’s also Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), United States University (2020).  Christina has also earned Advanced Training in Regenerative Medicine, PRP Therapy, and Pain Management.

Christina believes in a holistic and integrative approach to healthcare, focusing on restoring
function, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life without relying on invasive procedures or
long-term medication use. She takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns and develops
personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

Outside of the clinic, Christina enjoys staying active, exploring new advancements in
regenerative medicine, and spending time with her family. She is passionate about empowering
patients to take charge of their health and live pain-free, active lives.
